ToLiss Community Conduct Policy
Respectful Communication and Anti-Bullying Policy
At ToLiss, we are proud to be part of a passionate and diverse flight simulation community. Our products are built for enthusiasts, professionals, and hobbyists from around the world, and we believe that a respectful and constructive environment benefits everyone.
As the owner and administrator of official ToLiss social media pages and community channels, we take our responsibility seriously. These platforms represent the ToLiss brand and are spaces where we come together to share knowledge, provide feedback, and discuss our products. We are committed to ensuring that our official communities remain safe, respectful, and constructive environments. While we encourage open discussion and welcome criticism, we believe that meaningful conversations can only take place when they are conducted with respect and without harassment, personal attacks, or abusive behaviour.
As community administrators, we reserve the right to moderate discussions, remove content that violates our community standards, and take appropriate action when necessary to protect our users, our team, and the integrity of our community spaces.
Our goal is not to limit opinions or feedback, but to ensure that everyone can participate in a professional and welcoming environment. We welcome discussions, feedback, criticism, and technical debate. However, all interactions within the ToLiss community must remain respectful and professional.
Zero Tolerance for Bullying and Harassment
ToLiss does not tolerate bullying, harassment, intimidation, or abusive behaviour toward customers, community members, developers, partners, or any other individuals.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Personal attacks, insults, or degrading comments
- Threats or intimidation
- Repeated harassment or targeting of individuals
- Discrimination or hateful comments based on race, nationality, gender, religion, disability, age, or any other personal characteristic
- Attempts to shame, humiliate, or publicly pressure individuals
- Coordinated attacks, mobbing, or campaigns intended to harm a person or organization
Respectful Online Behaviour
Online discussions should focus on ideas, products, and experiences — not personal attacks.
We encourage:
- Constructive criticism and honest feedback
- Sharing technical information and solutions
- Respectful disagreement
- Professional communication, even when opinions differ
Statements such as “I do not like this feature” or “I disagree with this decision” are welcome. Statements intended to insult, discredit, or attack individuals are not.
False Information and Misrepresentation
The ToLiss community relies on accurate information and good-faith discussions.
We ask members not to:
- Spread knowingly false information
- Misrepresent private communications or company statements
- Publish misleading claims intended to damage the reputation of individuals or organizations
- Present speculation as fact
Legitimate criticism is welcome; deliberate misinformation and malicious attacks are not.
Respect for ToLiss Team Members and Partners
Like our customers, the ToLiss team consists of real people who dedicate significant time and effort to developing, supporting, and improving our products.
Disagreements regarding product decisions, pricing, updates, or support outcomes are normal. However, frustration does not justify abusive behaviour toward our staff, developers, moderators, or partners.
Moderation and Enforcement
To maintain a healthy community environment, ToLiss reserves the right to take appropriate action when this policy is violated.
Possible actions may include:
- Removal of inappropriate content
- Warnings or requests to modify behaviour
- Temporary restrictions from community spaces
- Permanent removal from official ToLiss platforms
- Restriction or termination of access to ToLiss community services where applicable
Serious cases involving threats, targeted harassment, fraud, or malicious activity may result in further action.
A Better Community Starts With Everyone
The flight simulation community is built on shared passion, creativity, and collaboration. We encourage everyone to help create an environment where users feel comfortable sharing ideas, asking questions, and enjoying the hobby.
Before posting, we ask everyone to consider:
Would I say this to someone face-to-face?
Is this helping the discussion?
Am I criticizing an idea, or attacking a person?
Thank you for helping us maintain a respectful and welcoming ToLiss community.
